NANAY, INC - ARKANSAS CHAPTER NANAY, Inc- Arkansas Chapter, is the second regional chapter of NANAY, that was incorporated in the State of Arkansas on December 20, 2000. Its new office, the NANAY-Asian Pacific American Center, is located at 350 Smokey Lane, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117. Led by Elsa Bayani, who has been appointed as the Arkansas Regional Executive Director, officers of the newly formed chapter plan to provide health screening and develop a Senior Day Care Center for sick seniors, as well as an Activities Center for well seniors and kids. Elsa is a Registered Nurse who graduated from Brookwood Hospital School of Nursing in Surrey, England, and recently retired from her position as Clinical Nurse at the Baptist Health System in Arkansas. She is also a Fashion Designer volunteer for nonprofit entities. She hosted the ASIAN-AMERICAN FOCUS in Channel 14, Comcast TV Network from 1992-1996. Carmencita Poe, the Program Director of NANAY, Inc- Arkansas Chapter, is also Director of Clinical Services of a hospice home care and inpatient programs, and an Assistant Professor in nursing in a university.
