To achieve this objective, participants will be able to: v Describe the different types of consumer installment loans v Determine the right consumer installment loan for their needs Module 10 - Your Own Home Time 90 Minutes Objectives By the end of this course, participants will be familiar with the process for getting homeownership financing. To achieve this objective, the participants will be able to: v Describe the benefits and pitfalls of renting versus owning a home v Ask questions to determine readiness to buy a home v Identify different mortgage programs v Recognize basic terms used in a mortgage transaction
