BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)          To assure that NANAY PHILIPPINES is run in a legal, cost-efficient, and socially responsible manner  

2)   To advise and assist in planning of activities and services 

3)    To approve and assist in fund-raising activities and other special projects 

4) To approve and review the budget and financial transactions of the NANAY PHILIPPINES.

5)        To make recommendations regarding disciplinary matters and other unusual or adverse incidents
