Stress Management:
The Impact of Nutrition on Personal Wellness and
Stress Reduction
“You are what you
eat” is a common saying that seems to describe one’s personality,
attitude and behavior. This workshop examines the effect of our
eating habits on our overall health, particularly the impact of
nutrition on our mental, emotional and physical health.

Care Giving: Overcoming
the Everyday Challenges of Caring for Those We Love or Care About
In spite of the
depth of our love and commitment for those we love or care about,
care giving presents challenges that make one’s life somewhat
difficult. Learn how to overcome such challenges and the community
resources that are designed to provide relief from the difficulties
of care giving.
REGISTRATION:
Although workshops are free and registration is not required,
pre-registration is encouraged to ensure that there are enough
materials or handouts for everyone. Feel free to bring a friend
